Recruitment

Apply to join X Esports

We recruit on attitude, coachability and consistency as much as raw mechanics. Applications are open to every rank.

Step 01

Apply

Send us your game, rank and competitive history. No essay required — just be specific.

Step 02

Review

Staff review every application weekly against coaching availability — the days, time and timezone you give us decide your tryout slot.

Step 03

Trial

Two weeks of sessions with the squad. You play, you get feedback, we both decide.

Step 04

Roster

Accepted players get a roster place, a progress plan and dashboard access.

Application form

Fields marked with * are required.

Tryout availability

Tryouts are booked around staff availability, so tell us when you can play. We'll confirm your exact slot by email.

Your details are only visible to X Esports staff.
